All cross-border orders shipped to US and EU countries may incur local import duties, customs clearance fees and consumption taxes stipulated by local customs departments. All extra customs fees are not included in product price and shipping cost, which shall be fully paid by the buyer.
Elthyrn is not liable for customs detention, delivery delay, extra tariff fees or parcel return caused by local import policies. We will provide official declaration documents to assist customers with customs clearance.
