Return Requirements: All returned items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, with original brand tags, labels and complete packaging intact.
Non-Returnable Items: For public hygiene protection, intimate underwear, swimwear and clearance final-sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.
Fee Rule: Buyer bears return shipping fees for personal dislike, wrong size and non-quality returns. We cover return shipping fees and offer full refund/replacement for defective items, wrong shipped goods and merchant-side errors.
